Vodafone

I’ve been commissioned to produce six fortnightly e-magazines and a blog to help promote the launch of Apple’s iPhone on the Vodafone network. This work has been commissioned by GGMR, and will be ongoing for a period of around three months. Links will of course be forthcoming in due course.

BBC Who Do You Think You Are?

I’ve been commissioned for two pieces for the latest issue: a single-page review of Family Tree Maker 2010, and a three-page guide to creating a photo book. Deadlines for both are the end of this month.

Windows: The Official Magazine, issue 37

The latest issue of Microsoft’s official Windows title is on the shelves now, sporting a new design. My main contribution is the “Extend the life of your PC” feature for Windows Vista users.

I also continue to provide a limited free support service to the readership and write the Q&A column – now titled Support Squad - although I no longer receive any credit for doing so.

PC Answers, 204

Issue 204 of PC Answers is now on-sale, and features a number of my contributions, most notably the “Windows 7 for free” cover feature, which reveals how to get the best features of Windows 7 in both XP and Vista without having to spend a penny.

   Also in this issue is my group test of six security suites, including Norton Internet Security 2010, and my regular monthly Helpdesk column.
